Why do you need a Buyer's Agent?
YOU DESERVE THE BEST POSSIBLE REPRESENTATION!
Would you want the attorney who is representing your
opponent to represent you in the same court matter? Why
let the Seller's Agent negotiate on your behalf with THEIR
client?
What is Buyer's Agency?
Buyer's agency is a buyer-agent relationship in which the
Buyer's agent is the agent for the buyer with all the
fiduciary responsibilities of care, obedience, accounting,
loyalty, and disclosure owed to the buyer. The Buyer's
agent represents the buyer under the law of agency.
Without a buyer's agency relationship, all agents will
fall under the seller's agency and owe all of fiduciary
responsibilities to the seller.

WHAT DO OTHERS SAY?
"Most agents who show you homes don't represent your
interest. They work for the seller, and their objective is
to sell the house at the highest possible price."
-
USA Today
"Always remember - a real estate broker does not work
for you, but for the seller. If you want a broker on your
side, get a Buyer Broker."
- Reader's Digest
"Unlike the traditional agent who looks out for the
seller, a Buyer Broker acts as your advocate..."
"The best Buyer-Brokers are so called exclusive
agents - that is, they represent Buyers."
- Money
Magazine
"Buyer-Brokers: Agents that buyer's can call their
own. If your real estate agent isn't a buyer-broker, they
work for the seller. Buyers no longer have to fend for
themselves."
